Dallas, Texas - Zayn was born on November 7, 1988 in Cleburne, Texas to Tommy Joe Poston and Peggy Sue Bagby Halland.

Zayn graduated from Alvarado High School and was characterized as always full of life and continually surrounded by friends. Zayn was transgender and fortunately blessed by a family, friends and his spouce who all celebrated his transistion.

He worked at Kroger and loved to play poker, have summertime grilling parties and especially pranks.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Brook Welch; father, Tommy Joe Poston and his spouse Jacque Stanley; his mother, Peggy Sue Bagby Halland; his sisters, Leanna Sue McKnight, Kayla Michelle Aldridge, and Ashley Simmons; his aunt, Patty Delockroy and spouse James "Rooster" Delockroy, Dona Lawrence, and Sherry Dykes; and numerous cousins and thousand of friends.
