Finis Wayne Carrol, passed away Sunday, February 11, 2018 at his home in Grandview, TX. He was born July 15,1936 in Crosbyton, TX to Elmer and Ethel Carrol. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, his brothers Roy, and Marvin, as well as his daughter Pam. He is survived by his life partner of 18 years Edna Moore of Grandview, TX, Son Ronald of Alvarado, TX, step-son John Kevin of Grandview, his grandchildren Christina and her husband Gus McElroy of Grandview, TX, and Garrett Carrol of Alvarado, TX. He had 2 great grandchildren Ty & Addyson McElroy. He had many nieces, nephews, and cousins that he loved dearly. Finis enjoyed watching his great grandchildren play baseball, he loved working on tractors and going to the café for coffee. He was also a life member of the VFW auxiliary . Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 15, 2018 at Vaughn Funeral home in Alvarado, TX from 6-8. The funeral service will be Friday, February 16, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Vaughn Funeral home in Alvarado, TX.
