Burleson, Texas - Alice Dale Come,91,a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend, passed peacefully in her home on Friday, July 10, 2026.


Alice was born January 5, 1935 to Joe H. Alanis and Nellie Bergance. She graduated from Technical High School in Fort Worth as a Cosmetologist. Alice married Richard Come in 1957. She was highly involved in the Johnson County Youth Fair and local 4-H Clubs. Hauling members to various 4-H activities, serving in numerous leadership roles and even helped in starting new clubs.

Alice was described as spunky and lived unapologetically her true self facing all life gave her with her head held high.

Alice's love for others is a life example for those she leaves behind as she made the gracious decision years ago to donate her body to science so needed research could continue and lives may be saved.


Survived by her children, Keith and spouse,Carol;Robin and spouse,Donna; Mark and spouse, Becky;Andrea and spouse, Mark; her siblings, Joe and Angel;six grandchildren, six great grandchildren; numerous extended family and a host of friends.
