Robert Alan Bullard passed away January 16, 2018, in Burleson, Texas, at the age of 62. Born in Fort Worth, Texas on August 31, 1955, Alan is survived by his wife, Krysi Bullard of Tucson, Arizona; son, Jamey Bullard and his daughters, Lila and Lanie, of Fort Worth; son Tyler Bullard and wife, Jessica, of Tucson, Arizona; and mother, Maxine Birdwell of Cleburne. Alan was preceded in death by his step-father, Trittes Birdwell of Cleburne. He is also survived by father, William Bullard of Los Angeles, California. Alan was brother to Gay Turner and husband, Ricky, of Cleburne; Joy Hoekstra and husband, Brian, of Euless; Samuel Bullard and wife, Barbara Jean, of Fort Worth; Estelle Stepherson and husband, Alfred, of Cleburne; Randy Birdwell, and wife Chelley, of Fort Worth; Milford Bullard, Sterling Bullard and Traci Leah Bullard of Orange, California; Eddie Birdwell, Wade Birdwell, Carolyn Buckner of Cleburne, and Ginny Nichols. Also, many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins, that he loved dearly.
Having graduated from Grandview High School in Grandview, Texas, in 1973, Alan promptly joined the United States Marine Corp. He was stationed in Okinawa, Japan, for a time. After four years of service, he received an Honorable discharge as a Sergeant and began his career as a locksmith. He was owner and operator of ALS Locksmith in Tucson, Arizona.
Alan will be laid to rest in Midway Cemetery in Cleburne, Texas.
