Clifford Reagan Gay, 77, passed away on Thursday, November 9, 2017. Graveside service will be 12:00 Saturday, December 2, 2017 at Green Acres Memorial Park, Cleburne, Texas.
Clifford was born August 1, 1940 in VanZant County to Grady and Lois Gay. He graduated from Cleburne High School. He went on to graduate from General Motors Institute, Flint Michigan with a degree in civil engineering and Abilene Christian University with an undergraduate and graduate degree in accounting.
Clifford worked as an engineer for General Motors in Arlington and after moving to Abilene, worked for Valley Faucet, G.C. Conn and owned his own accounting business. After retiring, he volunteered with many different mental health associations.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Clifford is survived by three daughters; Christi Selph and husband Edwis of Sugar Land; Kimberly Cavagnaro and husband Gary of Carrollton; Debbie Taubert of Abilene; grandchildren, Megan Taubert and Max Taubert of Abilene; Matthew Cavagnaro, Emily Dukich and husband David, Blake Cavagnaro and Gary Cavagnaro Jr, all of Carrollton; Tiffany Selph and Arianna Selph of Sugar Land. Sister; Teresa Hollums and Randy of Floydada; and one great grandchild.
